Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel Bingo Rules of the game

1. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the bingo hall. All players must have a valid state or government issued ID with photo.
2. Players must sign their receipt before they can be paid.
3. The line will open 15 minutes before sales begin when the ropes are opened by staff. You must be present in the line, cards/name tags do not hold your place in the line. Guests may sit until the line is open and moving.
4. Seats are for bingo players only.
5. No sharing or splitting of packs allowed. No separating or tearing of Bonanza cards. They will be declared invalid if separated or torn apart.
6. Altered, mutilated, or defaced bingo cards will not be honored.
7. Players must yell “Bingo” loud enough for the caller and floor clerks to hear you. Clerks will yell “possible” to the caller so the game can be stopped, and the bingo verified.
8. Players must yell “Bingo” before the letter of the next ball is called or the bingo will be declared invalid.
9. Flashboards are for the convenience of the player only. The ball in the monitor is not valid until the caller verbally announces it.
10. On payouts of $1,200 or more a W-2G must be completed.
11. No alcohol, drugs or bar glasses are permitted in the bingo hall.
12. Verbal abuse, profanity or the use of abusive language will not be permitted.
13. Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
14. No refunds at any time, no exceptions. Voids are strictly processed only in the event of a cashier error.
15. Please respect other players by refraining from loud talking or repeating numbers called.
16. In the event of multiple winners, the payout is divided by the total number of winners for each level.
17. No cell phones, radios, or other electronic devices are to be used in the bingo hall.
