In addition to the $50,000 of employer-paid Basic Life Insurance, Lucky Eagle team members also have the opportunity to purchase additional Voluntary Life insurance through payroll deductions. Premiums are based on age and tobacco use. You are guaranteed to receive up to $130,000 in life insurance.
Accident Insurance provides a lump sum benefit based on the type of injury sustained or treatment required. Some covered injuries include broken bones, burns, torn ligaments, concussion, ruptured discs, and more. This policy is portable, should you ever decide to leave Lucky Eagle.
Should your employer-paid Short Term Disability be exhausted, Long Term Disability can then pay you up to 60% of your monthly salary to a maximum benefit of
$500 per week, should you choose to elect to pay for this benefit option.
Critical Illness will pay a lump sum benefit up to $50,000 at the diagnosis of a covered, life altering illness, such as cancer or a stroke. This money is to be used any way you need feel best. It also features a wellness benefit of $75 per calendar year for getting any covered preventative health screening.
