Q) How will my Star status be determined?

A) If you are already a member of our Players Club, we will add up the total Status Points you’ve earned over the last year (January 1, 2018 - January 1, 2019). Your Status Points total will determine your Star status (Rising Star, Shining Star, Silver Star or Gold Star). If you are signing up for the first time or returning after not playing in the last year, you will begin Lucky Star Rewards as a Rising Star.

Q) When can I pick up my new Star Card?

A) Star Cards are available at the Lucky Star Rewards Center (Players Club) during regular hours of operations (Sun - Thu 8AM - Midnight | Fri & Sat 8AM - 2AM). Current Players Club cards will continue to work in slot machines for a while, but new cards with valid expiration dates on them may required to redeem benefits at restaurants and other locations.

Q) Are there requirements to receive 50% off dining?

A) Your restaurant cashier will determine what the price of your meal will be with 50% off. In order to receive the discount, you must have enough Reward Points to cover the entire discounted price, and pay exclusively with those Reward Points. Please note: Reward Points may not be used to cover alcohol or gratuity.

Q) Are there any differences to the way I download my offers now that they can be used for cash?

A) Although the process for downloading from your account to a machine will remain the same, there will be a difference. When Reward Points and Free Play become cashable on January 5, any amount downloaded must be played or cashed out. This is unlike the current system which returns downloaded unused amounts back to your account when you stop playing.

Q) Am I required to use my Reward Points for my Star status Gift Shop discount?

A) No. In the past the use of points were required. In this new program all eligible purchases whether made with cash or Reward Points qualify for your discounted pricing. Please note: Discounts and paying with Reward Points do not apply to alcohol, tobacco, Shell gift cards, and other items as specified.
