Is smoking still allowed in the casino?

Yes. Our designated smoking and smoke-free gaming areas remain unchanged, allowing you to choose your preferred gaming experience.


Will guests be required to wear masks?

Yes. Upon re-opening, and until further notice, Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel will require protective masks for guests and team members. Team members will be issued masks as part of the uniforms. We will also have complimentary masks available for guests at all security podiums upon request.

Guests will be required to wear masks except when actively dining, drinking or smoking.

Approved masks should have two or more layers of washable, breathable fabric. Bandanas, gaiters, and face coverings with valves or vents do not meet the mask requirement to enter the casino and hotel.

Masks should be worn over your nose and mouth, fitting securely under your chin and snuggly against the sides of your face (no gaps).

In addition, guests will be required to lower their mask when entering the casino at special checkpoints and will be required to lower their mask for the duration of any transaction at the Lucky Star Rewards Center counter.


Will temperature checks be conducted for guests or team members?

We will not be conducting temperature checks for guests. We have worked closely with local health officials in making this determination. Ultimately, temperature checks can create a false sense of security. A guest with COVID-19 may not have a temperature. Additionally, temperatures could be caused by many other factors completely unassociated with COVID-19.

Our Team Members, like Chehalis Tribal employees, will complete temperature checks prior to the start of each shift. Team members with temperatures above 100.4 will be evaluated further and may be sent home. We will continue this process until further notice.

    • Late night menu: 7PM - 1:30AM Daily
    • No breakfast - CraftHouse will serve a limited breakfast menu
