Sign-On Bonuses

Up to $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Eligible positions include:

  • Security Officer
    • +$250 with EMT Certification
  • Hotel Housekeeping Attendants
  • Hotel Guest Room Attendants
  • Clean Team Porters
  • Drop/Count Team
  • Line Cooks

$750 SIGN-ON BONUS

Eligible positions include:

  • Food Servers
  • Beverage Servers

Payments

Sign-on Bonus payments will be made as follows:

  • One half of the bonus will be included in the paycheck from the first pay period following initial start of employment in which you have recordable (work) hours; and
  • The second half will be paid in the paycheck for the first pay period following the successful completion of your 90-day orientation (probation) period
  • Team members must be employed at the time of payout

Eligibility

Candidates will be deemed eligible if they:

  • Have not worked for LEC&H for the prior 6 months
  • Are offered a position, are licensed and/or badged
  • Begins working and has recordable hours
  • Stays in good standing and are actively employed at the time of payout
  • This Bonus Program does not apply to transfers within deptartmens.
  • Signs and acknowledges the terms of the bonus payout
