Our Measures: Health and Safety

In an effort to ensure the health and well-being of our guests, team members and surrounding local communities, Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel made the difficult decision to temporarily close beginning March 18, 2020.

Measures Taken Prior to Temporary Closure

Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel cares deeply about the safety and well-being of our guests and team members. We are continually staying up-to-date with the rapidly changing impacts of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and continually monitoring the guidance and resources from the National Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

Some of the measures we adopted prior to temporary closure include:

  • Assigned additional team members dedicated to the increased frequency of sanitizing and cleaning the casino, ensuring commonly-touched surfaces (including but not limited to: slot machines, table games, counter spaces and chairs)
  • Temporarily suspended our daily bus runs
  • Doubled the number of hand sanitizing stations throughout the property, all of which exceed the CDC recommended alcohol content. These stations are conveniently located at all entrances to the casino and hotel, as well as throughout the gaming floors
  • Provided protective, disposable gloves for guests at our security podiums located near the primary entrances throughout the casino and hotel
  • Utilization of disposable cups throughout the property to reduce multiple contact points for guests and team members
  • Increased card rotation at all table games to reduce the frequency of touchpoints by guests and team members
  • Operating adjustments:
    • Fire Kitchen Buffet closed, but we offered our signature fire-cooked salmon at CraftHouse during that time
    • Cedar Espresso at the hotel closed
    • Both Room 188 Steakhouse and the Main Street Bar reduced operating days to Friday and Saturday only; a steak option was added to the CraftHouse menu during this time

Measures you can take

We encourage both team members and guests to follow these simple guidelines to help protect the safety of yourself and others:

  • Stay home unless you are carrying out essential tasks
  • Cover your coughs and sneezes
  • Use tissues and discard immediately
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Wash hands often with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds
  • Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer regularly when soap and water are not available
