Bartender/Bar Back – (4/28/08) Part time, weekends, and evenings – Must be 21 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Possess a Washington State Food handlers permit, Washington State Liquor license, and knowledge of beverages. Will assist and support the lounge staff including the servers and bartenders.  Stocks, cleans, changes kegs and maintains the stock and cleanliness of all glassware.  Works safely and efficiently, utilizing safety equipment, techniques and products. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, work well under stress, and be able to stand and walk for extended periods.  Will have to lift 75lbs.on a regular basis, and work in extreme temperature environments, indoors and outdoors.

Dishwasher –(4/17/08) Full time, swing and graveyard shifts- Must be able to work quickly, operate and maintain equipment.  Stand for long periods of time and lift at least 35 lbs. Minimum of 16 years old and working towards or have obtained a High School diploma or GED equivalent.  A viable candidate must be able to work with dishwashing cleaning chemicals on a continuous basis.

Line Cook 1/Panrty Cook – (3/24/08) Full time. Cooks for casual to fine dining, prep work, sauté, broiler and fry cooking.  Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Must be fast and capable of working on as many as 30 complete meals at a time.  Must have experience in grilling, broiling, sauté and steaming main entrees for an upscale dining room or dinner house.  Preps red meat, fish, shellfish, poultry and pastas.   Must be at least 18 years of age.  Must possess a current Washington State Food Handlers Permit.  Knows all state and County Sanitation procedures.  Must be able to bend, squat and lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis.   Must have High School diploma or equivalent.

Video Floor Attendant (3/1/08)–Part time, on/call, and night shift must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must have excellent customer service skills.  Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.  Must be 18 years old and working towards or have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.

IT Tech I Preventative Maintenance – (4/1/08) – Full Time - Must be capable of maintaining a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.  Primary responsibility is to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electronic gaming devices.  Provides project and systems support for the casino operation in general.  A minimum of one year experience in a technical or computer related field preferred.  Basic familiarity with Windows based platforms and Microsoft Office applications preferred.  Must be at least 18 years of age (21 preferred) and be able to obtain a Washington State Class III Gaming License.  Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be capable of lifting 75 pounds on a regular basis.

Security (EMT Certified)  – Fulltime / Security Officer On call – (2/4/08) – All shifts including weekends, events, and holidays.  Preferred skills are: emergency medical assistance to customers and associates as needed, and within scope Certified EMT abilities.  Must be able to learn and follow detailed security procedures.  Excellent communication and customer service skills.  Must be able to carry at least 75 lbs. Must have some computer knowledge and good typing skills.  Must be a minimum of 21 years old.  Must be able to obtain a Class III Gaming License.  Must have a high School diploma or GED equivalent.  A viable candidate must have an exceptionally clean driving record.

Cabaret Host/Cashier – (3/21/08) Part time or On Call – Greets customers.  Finds suitable table for the number of guest, Acts as a cashier.  Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.  Must have at least one year serving or hosting experience with good calculation skills.  Must have a current Washington State Food Handlers Permit.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.  Must be able to work in a smoked filled environment.  Must be able to work in a fast paced setting.  Must be at least 18 years old.

Beverage  Servers (1/2/08) - Part time, on-call, days, evenings.  A candidate must have outstanding customer service and communication skills.  At least six months of food server experience is required.  Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time and lift at least 50 lbs on a regular basis.  Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must be at least 21 years old.  A viable candidate must be able to withstand a smoke filled environment for extended periods of time.  Must have a valid, current Washington State Food Handlers and Class 12 liquor license.
